TIGMI Marrakesh

Tigmi is a charming boutique hotel 15 miles from Marrakesh... here is the blurb from www.tigmi.com.

Fifteen miles south of Marrakech, turn off the tarmac road, climb a track through the tranquil settlement of Tagadert, and you reach Tigmi (meaning ‘our house’ in the regional Berber dialect). Beginning life in 1840 as a local judge’s residence, at the turn of this century the house and its neighbours were sensitively restored and opened as a family hotel, fashioned from time-honoured materials and decorated in the traditional style. Now under new ownership, Tigmi has been expanded and extended into the village, making a peaceful retreat that offers the best in contemporary comforts.

Manager, James Robbins, wanted me to photograph in and around the hotel for new publicity material. Here are some of the images.
